Exactly as described. Good quality and with a great new leather smell. Well made and comes in a nice pull string cloth bag. The leather is nice and supple and the pockets are well laid out and spacious. It will fit a 13 inch macbook pro in a cloth case snugly, though anything bigger may be not a comfortable fit. It will hold A4 papers and note pads comfortably but not A4 ring binders as they are too tall to allow the bag to close properly. Ideally, it would be 3-4 cm wider, but it is what it is. For a 14 inch laptop with no case, this would be a very snug fit so maybe not so suitable, since you would probably want to put it in a protective case. For this price point I think it is good value and I have not seen a better looking leather messenger bag. This size and style is perfect for both professional and daily casual use.

It's been 18 months down the line since I paid out for this bag, I'm so glad I waited to write this review. I waited for a long time to write this because I've purchased bags before that fall apart after 6 months. This bag has been with me for a year and a half and I have to say, it stil looks as good as when I first received it. The bag comes in it's own Visconti marked bag, it's presented very well, the price you pay is definety worth the money, I was a little afraid that this bag would look very out of place on a guy, but I have to say I wear a lot of suits to work etc and it doesn't look out of place at all! The bag is made of leather and the strap is strengthened by a material running on the inside of the strap. The inside of the bag has several little compartments to store different items in. I can quite comfertably hold different files and folders (A4 sized) Or I can use it as an overnight bag. If you are ooking to hold any more than this then you might perhaps look at getting something a little bigger. The bag all in all is perfect for everyday use and would make a great schoolbag, workbag, or just a bag for your everyday items that we need with us.

This bag is gorgeous, real leather that has some weight to it. It’s just a really well made bag for Men, to be honest if this was a Women’s bag it would cost a lot more. It has inside pockets with zips and a lovely lining.For the price this bag is win win, comes with its own bag to protect it. Bag it while you can.

This is my second, pretty much identical Visconti bag. The first one I purchased in 2014, and in spite of the wear and tear, and the magnetic clasp having eventually ripped out, it was still holding on and in daily use. After it got stolen out of the van, I decided to replace it with the same model. I'm very happy Visconti is still making them 10 years later - although the design has been slightly updated. The magnetic latch is not part of a separate little strip of leather, but integrated into the flap. This should last even better, as that's the bit which gave up on my old one - but after 9 years of daily use. The leather feels a bit thicker and stiffer on the new one. I'm not sure if this is only down to the material used in this particular batch. One downside for me for both the old and the new bag has always been the lack of any padding for a laptop - so you have to be careful when putting the bag down on a hard floor. Still, I am going to give it 5 stars anyway, as the build quality, the finish quality and the durability are excellent.

Yes, this is well made. There's a zipped pocket on the outside back of the bag so you can access stuff without flipping the flap open. However, if the zip was just a centimetre longer it could accomodate A4 papers which would be nice, but it cannot. I like the magnetic fastners on the front flap. It is a good size. It's smart and compact but CAN easily accomodate a lever-arch file or 2 A4 ring binder files in the main compartment. The bag is not particularly light, so when full can be quite weighty. This is not helped by the abundance of pockets and flaps; such a relatively small bag does not need so many compartments. The shoulder pad on the strap is more of a shoulder grip. It feels like a hard rubber coating which is functional in keeping the strap on your shoulder but isn't the most comfortable. It could do with some padding. Overall, I'd say it's excellent value due to the materials, workmanship and finish. Some tweaks in the ergonomics of the design would have earned it all five stars. Nothing wrong with the aesthetic aspect of the design though.

I did a lot of research prior to buying this bag. Reviews mentioned issued with peoples clothes being stained by the colour and others remarked that they wished they had gone for the larger version. I took all the comments on board and after some thought I purchased this "man bag". I am so glad I did as it is a very decent size for my needs as holds my diary, A4 size note books and plenty of room and pockets for phones, pens, smaller books and lunch box etc. Have had no issues with the stain although I have been wearing dark coats and tops so I would not notice even if it did rub off. The quality is excellent and I love the smell of the leather. I am also a tall guy (6.4") and 9whilst I have the strap at its limit it hangs comfortably on my hip and does not hang half way up my back which is what I was most concerned about. Although its early days I love this item and should anything happen to it I would surely purchase another.

Das ist schon meine zweite Tasche, die erste habe ich vor zwei Jahren in Öl-Braun gekauft und war sofort begeistert - soviel Stauraum, tolle Verarbeitung und hochwertige Innenausstattung mit vielen Fächern. ... und einen extra Schutzbeutel gibt es auch dazu. Nun habe ich sie auch in schwarz gekauft, besser gesagt es war ein Geschenk von meinem Mann, der von der Qualität der Tasche ebenfalls sehr angetan war und gemeint hat, ich soll mir doch noch eine zweite anschaffen. Der Geruch ist angenehm, verfliegt aber ohnehin nach einiger Zeit und vom Abfärben habe ich noch nichts bemerkt (auch nicht im Sommer bei heller Kleidung) Die Magnetverschlüsse schließen beim Umschlagen der Klappe oft gleich automatisch, ich muss sie gar nicht zudrücken. Das Tollste ist aber der der Stauraum, es geht A4-Format rein und ich habe schon die dicksten Bücher mitgeschleppt, aber auch Taschenschirm, Trinkflaschen und was man sonst noch alles braucht. Es macht auch nichts, wenn die Tasche mit der Zeit etwas abgenutzt ist, da sieht sie sogar noch edler aus! (Zumindest bei der Braunen ist das so - wie die Schwarze nach längerem Gebrauch aussieht, wird sich noch weisen. Ich kann diese Tasche auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Very classy yet still rugged, manly way to carry everything with . Great for work or everyday use. Plenty of space, can even be used as a laptop bag for my 13.3" macbook pro. Quality materials and design. More men should give in and start carrying shoulder bags, so useful to carry everything like phone charger, headphones, laptop/tablet, sunglasses, water bottle, lunch/snacks, pens, books, notebooks/papers/folder, lighter, keys, wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, comb, chapstick, etc, really frees up you pockets and keeps car cleaner and you more organized.

Muy bien todo. El embalaje correcto. El envío lo mismo. La bolsa es preciosa, parece más pequeña de lo que realmente es. Tiene mucha capacidad y bolsillos para cada cosa. Muy bien rematado. La piel muy bien engrasada. Una buena elección, tanto para el trabajo como para un estudiante. La verdad es que me encanta.

Appena arrivata e veloce come un razzo spacchettata per poter vedere questa borsa. Che dire è perfetta, se posso la mia è ancor più bella di quella in foto visto che al momento non mostra segni di alcun tipo, anche se non vedo l'ora di farla "vivere". Misure perfette per il mio utilizzo, si sente un pò l'odore di cuoio ma non è una puzza fastidiosa. Il colore preciso all'immagine, temevo di pentirmi di tale scelta e invece sono stracontenta. La borsa arriva in un sacchetto di tela, nel mio caso è giallo paglierino con il marchio visconti e all'interno era ben avvolta in un altro sacchetto trasparente e con cartoncini presumo per tenere la forma...ma anche senza di essi non si piega su se stessa. Forse non è una borsa per l'estate ma dato che era quello che cercavo da tempo ho preferito prenderla sin da ora per timore di non trovarne mai più una. Non ho ancora provato testato se macchia ma prima di macchiarmi sicuramente passero un panno per eliminare l'eccesso di colore, così come altri acquirenti han fatto prima di me. Sicuramente terrò presente il marchio Visconti per altre spese.
