Delicious and nutritious!
Creamy, smooth and not overly sweet. No weird aftertaste, the best protein powder-plus all clean ingredients! What’s not to love?!

The perfect protein (IF money isn't an issue)
Pros- I love that apart from getting protein, this also includes collagen and Reishi/ Cordyceps. The ingredients are top tier and it's very convenient to just add milk. I know it recommends throwing one scoop of this protein into a 12oz bottle, but I've been able to do two scoops into a 16oz bottle and it still tastes very smooth. Just make sure and give it a good shake for 30 seconds. Additionally, I'm grateful this does not have Sucralose. SO MANY other companies use Sucralose as a sweetener and I feel it contributed to my gut issues. I've purchased this protein 9+ times already and I've never had any bloating or stomach issues after drinking it. It's a top tier product, but it's also not perfect Cons- The price is kind of insane. Yes it's a VERY convenient product that has lots of high quality ingredients, but $60 for only 20 servings.... If they upped it to 25 servings I feel the price would be more justifiable. Also, considering we're paying $60, you'd think the packaging would be top tier. Nope. Like I said, I've purchased this product 9+ times already and EACH time I've received a bag that doesn't close. If you choose to buy this, make sure you have a clip or two to make sure the bag can be sealed shut. Overall- If you have the money, you won't regret buying this. If you don't have the money, a decent alternative is the Levels Whey Protein. The mix-ability isn't as good as this protein, but it's great if you have a sensitive stomach like me.

Wonderful taste, no stomach upset.
I have a very very sensitive stomach..This shake was not only absolutely delicious, it didn't bother my stomach like some other shakes do. Even though it said you can just shake it, I put it in my blender with lots of ice..I purchased the chocolate peanut butter flavor, I added a banana to it. It's a perfect breakfast or filling snack..It definitely won't be my last order, I absolutely loved it.

Delicious!!
This protein powder is a little pricey but oh so worth it! Flavor is amazing and love the clean ingredients. I drink it every morning! It also mixes in great with Greek yogurt.

Wish it weren’t so good!
While it’s super high quality and tastes delicious for a protein shake, I am super annoyed that I paid so much money and the bag that it comes in is basically useless. I’ve purchased this multiple times and keep hoping they will use a better quality bag where the “zipper” actually works. Also, it’s disappointing that each bag only contains only 21 servings. Doesn’t even get me through a month of one a day. I’d say it’s not worth the money but it has such a stabilizing effect on my body/blood sugar that despite all these frustrations, I keep coming back for more. Just wish they were more responsive to their customers feedback.

Best protein drink out there!
I’ll start off by saying I’ve never been impressed by any protein drinks. This one is by far the best I’ve ever tried! The chocolate peanut butter has great flavor, no chalky after taste like others. The ingredients are clean, 25 grams of protein, 10 grams of collagen! I mean, what more could you want?! It has never bothered by stomach which is a major plus! I got this when it was discounted and I feel it is a good value. The quality is superb! Some people have complained about the bag not sealing, but I have not had that problem. I will purchase again!

Didn’t Meet Expectations - switching back to my preferred brand
I bought both the chocolate peanut butter and the vanilla cream flavors. I was aware that this is more expensive compared to my preferred protein brand (Ascent), but I wanted to give this a try since it’s become so popular and had rave reviews. Overall, I am disappointed in this protein. While I appreciate the clean ingredients, it did not live up to the hype. 1. The amount of protein per scoop. First off, the scoop is much bigger than typical protein powder scoops. 2. Flavor and consistency - I agree with another reviewer the vanilla is chalky with also a sour/bitter taste. The chocolate peanut butter is just okay. 3. Price - flavcity coats much more than my preferred protein I did a comparison here: 🔹 Serving Size & Calories • Ascent: 31 g scoop → 120 calories • FlavCity: 42.3 g scoop → 160 calories 👉 FlavCity has a bigger scoop and more calories. 🔹 Protein Content • Ascent: 25 g protein → 50% DV • FlavCity: 25 g protein → 32% DV 👉 Both give 25 g protein per scoop. • Per calorie: • Ascent → 25 g / 120 cal = 0.21 g protein per calorie • FlavCity → 25 g / 160 cal = 0.16 g protein per calorie ✔ Ascent is more protein-dense. 🔹 Fat • Ascent: 1 g fat (0 g saturated) • FlavCity: 3.5 g fat (3 g saturated) 👉 Ascent is much leaner. FlavCity has significantly more saturated fat. 🔹 Carbs & Sugar • Ascent: 2 g carbs (1 g sugar, 0 g added) • FlavCity: 8 g carbs (4 g sugar, 0 g added) 👉 Ascent is lower carb and lower sugar. 🔹 Sodium & Cholesterol • Ascent: 60 mg sodium, 30 mg cholesterol • FlavCity: 180 mg sodium, 10 mg cholesterol 👉 Ascent has much less sodium, but slightly more cholesterol. 🔹 Minerals • Calcium: Ascent 143 mg (10%) vs FlavCity 85 mg (6%) • Potassium: Ascent 147 mg (4%) vs FlavCity 215 mg (4%) 👉 Ascent is higher in calcium, FlavCity in potassium. 🔹 COST: FlavCity Protein Smoothie ≈ $2.99 per scoop (20‑serving tubs) Ascent Native Whey Blend ≈ $1.50–$1.80 per scoop (2 lb bag) or ≈ $0.98–$1.16 per scoop (4 lb / warehouse pricing) FlavCity costs nearly 3× more per scoop (≈ $2.99) compared to Ascent’s whey formula.
