Tried these when doing the Mammoth March hike. At mile ten ate the bar. It was not super sweet, and it was not sticky. or crumbly. It was a good consistency; I was able to hike and eat without issue. Easy to eat-it did not stick to teeth nor dry my mouth out. The flavor was good, I tasted a bit of blueberry, it was not overly flavored. I guess the flavor was soft, if that makes sense. I did not get "hyped" or jittery (I do not drink coffee or caffeine). No stomach issues or raised heart rate. I felt a burst of energy and kept on. Really impressed with this bar. Highly recommend for any endurance sports or if you are pulling a long day. I did try a different bar last year, Wake. 15 miles into that hike, I threw up- it was too much for my system (it was also peanut butter flavor and it was heavy and sat in my stomach for a bit waiting for an out). So I am a fan of Verb and will order again- totally worth the price.

I LOVE THESE! I normally don’t like energy bars or like granola bars but these are so good! Chewy, perfect size, good taste. If you’re a person who likes to work out in the early morning, this is the PERFECT little bite to eat before & give you some extra energy.

Nice little boost for my early afternoon snack. Not too much caffeine. The birthday cake flavor is really good, but after a minute there is a bit of a strange aftertaste, maybe due to the green tea? Not sure I'd buy them again. Might try another flavor.

Love the peanut butter chocolate ~ my go to everyday snack! Gives me that little boost of energy when I need it. A big plus is the ingredients!
