Recommended by my ENT consultant to open nasal passages at night to facilitate easier breathing. Worked wonders. I switch between the small & medium size depending on the swelling of the lining in each nosyril

Bit uncomfortable at first but get used to it and it's fine

Found it difficult to feel like I got this in the right place and it would come out easily. Perhaps I have a strange nose though. When I did get it to stay it seemed to help airflow and was more comfortable than other devices I have tried

Not at all comfortable solution. Almost painful. Did not help or prevent snoring. Granted I have a crooked cartilage from a nose injury when I was a kid. Maybe more comfortable for people with normally straight nasal cartilage

Perfect snoring apparently has gone down by 80% so wife is happy!!

Ok - it was a mistake - I thought I was getting the strips that go in the outside of the nose.... After the initial shock, I found that inserting them was really easy and..... for the first time ever I could breathe through my nose! - very important when you suffer from asthma and the cold weather makes it worse. There is no going back now. What a lucky, life changing mistake. Half marathon's here I come!

I had the "normal" small air max and loved it, so wanted to try these! Unfortunately the little extra nubbins rubbed the inside of my nose raw! Great quality, worked well but just too uncomfortable for me.

As soon as I put it in my nose, I could really breathe better. I like wearing it, but do notice that it starts to irritate my nose when I wear it for a prolonged period of time.

He probado varios dilatadores (tiras que se pegan, dilatadores tipo tubo blandos de silicona y rigidos de plastico de todos los tamaños) y de todos estos son los mas comodos y los mas efectivos: - No molestan - No se salen - El flujo de aire es bueno para respirar solo por la nariz Creo que esto de los dilatadores depende mucho de cada persona pero si que recomiendaria probar estos

Sono ormai anni che li utilizzo per correre e migliorare l'apporto di aria attraverso il naso. Funzionano perfettamente e rimangono al loro posto anche durante sforzi molto intensi.
