It's rather hot.It doesn't bother me so much but as a general mix powder it's too much to people who can't take a lot of chilli. I guess it's so red because of the amount of chilli powder in it.

It’s got lots of turmeric which other people might not like and has aromatic taste and quite spicy with the Kashmiri chilli not too hot but enough. Nearly perfect blend but less turmeric would be better, no salt so you can salt to taste which people like.
