Good for rack pulls
Got this for rack pulls and it works great. Sturdier than I expected, no instructions but easy enough to assemble that none were needed. Straps are very sturdy and were already connected.

Lowest setting is too high, only good for rack pulls
Bought this after seeing youtube reviews of a similar product where it's just high enough off the ground to load 45s, but more or less the same height as a normal deadlift.At the lowest setting there is 3" between the plate and the ground, which is a pretty big difference if you are powerlifting.
