HP Elitebook 840 G1 14" Laptop, Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, Win10 Home (Renewed)

I had no issues with this laptop at all. It worked great right out of the box. I love the touch screen and the backlit keyboard. I will probably buy another one soon. I use these mostly for streaming and social media.

Laptop is defective - no operating software and no password provided to get past lock screen. No instructions. This is apparently a used laptop that has been wiped. There was no user manual, no operating information, no setup information. There were 3 cards inside the package that had two different phone numbers that were both disconnected. When I attempted to contact the seller via email, I received an automated reply. I needed a ready to use laptop like the ad said because mine crashed. I paid extra for next day shipping and what I received is unusable. I have been greatly inconvenienced. Do yourself a favor and eliminate headache and frustration by considering other items from other vendors. I do not recommend this one at all.

Works great! Excellent price too! It is a basic laptop so, not meant for gaming. Loved the touchscreen feature! Was bought for my daughter to use for her online school and it is perfect!

Horrible. The computer had no battery and wouldn’t stay connected to WiFi. It was a hassle exchanging only to first get a battery with no computer after the computer had been returned and processed. Then instead of exchanging the computer they sent the same one back, same exact problem. It was a gift and very embarrassing. I gave up and just kept a broke computer. Yes it was used but the quality didn’t match the description of the used product I purchased. They also failed to make it right per the policy.

I actually got to add some more ram since it only comes with 8 gigs so i changes and now it has 16 gigs of ram and also the game dosent look that bad so it’s good for 98 dollars it’s a really it could really be a good gaming laptop the speed is good the quality is okay and the proformance is okay the pc is great definitely recommend if you don’t have that much to spend on a laptop
