I don’t know if this actually does anything for my skin as haven’t been taking it long enough but it tastes awful. Been putting it in my coffee and it gives a burnt taste so tried it in water and could not drink it, it does not mix well either. Very disappointed

Since I have. Been having this my hair has really grown. Having this and using a brush called Manta which you use in shower when putting shampoo and Conditioner on what a difference. My hairdresser couldn’t get over how my hair had grown.
