I have to say ,these are the softest peanuts I've ever had. Nothing like the FreshRedSkin Peanuts I remember..Like When you take them fresh from a Shell. Thats what I was hoping for, plump ,Red & full of healthy oils..Yet these were variable size, many small ones & soft .Not something I relish..& my daughter didn't like the taste of the skins. I'm hoping the pidgeons will enjoy them6ý

I have bought several kinds of the red skinned peanuts over the years and these are the best by far. I was quite suprised by this as they were on the cheaper side and the advert wasn't flashy. The bag they came in was just plain-no label or anything and not resealable. Though for the price I understand why. It's quite a tough bag and I just use a clip seal to keep them fresh. The peanuts themselves are of a really good texture: not soft and not hard, just right. Fresh! I have eyeballed them and they all seem perfect, unlike some where you find black or discoloured bits of skin. I have become increasingly paranoid about aflatoxin of late as I do consume lots of nuts and seeds as my major protein source, so quality is a must for me. I thought I would give these a try and take a hit if they wern't any good and move on. But these are top quality. Maybe I was lucky or maybe they just have really good quality control. I hope it is the latter as I will be buying again. Highly recomended!
