Fantastic chimney
This is amazing product with great use of keeping the kitchen cool

Product is worst in its segment , very cheap quality and risky
We purchased it on 21st december 2023 and had it installed in our kitchen on 25th January 2024, we kept cleaning it every day and this faulty chimney caught fire on its own on 4th of March 2024 and burnt our kitchen, thankfully nobody was in the kitchen that time, we have raised the complaint, their executive came and checked it and said they would come up with resolution soon. after 2 weeks when we checked with them, they said you didn't clean the chimney which is why it caught fire, we can't help and that is how our 10k went into the drain, these people are thieves, do not buy any product of INALSA. After escalating it to higher authorities, chimney was replaced

No brand service
Brand service called us after delivery. Took the details of orders. Fixed the appointment, two twice. But didn't turned up till now. Had to run with old problematic chimney for one month until local service people were called for. If problem occurs in warranty period, doubt it will be attended by them. Despite the annual maintenance cost for the warranty period is included in the price. Product is working fine till now. Suction is good. But the noise level is not at 60dB, possibly they have missed a one. 160dB would have been much closer level. Making the customers fool as they can't measure the noise level.

Good budget chimney
Perfect for small kitchens. A little disappointed with technicians who came to install. They were reluctant to install it to perfection (fitting well) and only did so after we requested them. KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY EXTRA LENGTH OUTLET ALUMINIUM PIPE, so keep an extra 1.5k to 2k handy during installation. Otherwise, it is working well so far.
