Mat is well made and is holding up well. I frequently drop weights on it without any issues. Light enough to move around if needed, but strong enough to handle rough use. Good grip. I am happy with the purchase.

I use this mat as a permanent solution for my garage gym floor. It feel great on my feet as I like to train barefoot. Also, it protects the concrete floor from the impact of weights. The mat didn’t cover my entire floor but I was able to apply foam puzzle mats along the top and bottom so that my floor would be fully covered. The mat has held up from daily use which involves dragging my bench and constantly stepping on the mat. No tears noted and looks like it will last a long time.

I love it for my indoor gym. Thick mat, durable and great quality. Easy to wipe down after using it daily. Yes i would recommend it. No flaws

This is a large oversize exercise mat. I plan to do exercise videos on my YouTube channel vanessasvanlifejourney, so I purchased this mat and I was satisfied with my purchase, although I haven’t start exercising as of yet.

Over a hard floor the cushion would be even better if thicker but it’s durable and fine for iron, martial arts, and yoga. I just ordered another one to put side by side to fill the workout space but will stack them first to see what that’s like. If I love that I’ll order 2 more for workout room luxury.
