After doing a lot of research, I finally ordered these—and I’m really glad I did. I’m not great with daily supplements, so I wanted something with a higher dose that I could take weekly or even every couple of weeks, and this fits the bill perfectly. I am 35 yr female with hyper active lifestyle with long walks, bike rides. I’ve been using it for about a year now with zero complaints. I might be a bit hyper-aware of my body, but I’ve noticed a pattern: whenever my Vitamin D or iron levels drop, I start experiencing mental fatigue and hair fall. That’s usually my cue that I’ve missed a dose. Once I take it a couple of times (with the right spacing), I can see a clear difference—less hair shedding, less calf soreness, and even my skin looks better. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends dealing with similar issues, and they’ve come back with similar positive experiences. Totally worth the money—and for someone like me, one bottle lasts over two years, which is a huge bonus!

Easy to take and not too big just the right size

I had blood tests don’t in Nov/2023 and my Vit D was 40.74 ng/mL, when the good minimum is 50. I’ve been taking this supplement since then but more than the recommended dose, 4 pills a day, after lunch. I had blood tests done again and it’s 127,8 ng/mL now. So these definitely work! I like to keep my D3 levels around 100 ng/mL, I feel better like these. One thing to keep in mind, don’t take vit D3 without taking Vitamin k2 (MK7). Vit D increases your ability to absorb calcium, but without Vit K2 the calcium might not transfer to the bones properly and instead end up in the vascular tissue, which is dangerous. So I also took 200mg of Vit D3 with it.

Mein Körper braucht diese Hochdosierung. Trotzdem ist Vorsicht geboten. Lassen Sie sich am Anfang alle 3 Monate Ihren vitamin D Gehalt überprüfen. Wenn der Wer zu hoch ist, dann nur alle 2/3 Tage oder sogar 1x die Woche nehmen. Bleiben Sie gesund.
