I am pleased to see this mct is stored in a glass bottle not aluminium. From the reviews some people have got an aluminium containers. That is a big NO NO for me. Keep it pure keep in a glass bottle. Thanks.

My partner and I take MCT oil everyday with good results and benefits seen over the years. We take it mainly in our morning coffee but sometimes also sprinkle a little on salad. This was a little cheaper than our normal oil (Natures Aid) so thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately it left both of us feeling unwell, a little 'sick' in the stomach. The oil was slightly slimy with a faint coconut taste (not completely tasteless as we are used to) it was ok to drink but within 30 mins the after effects were not pleasant and took a few hours to pass. it may have been a 'one off' but it's a costly experiment to try again. So for this reason this MCT is not for us and we will stick with our normal brand, which is the best we hae found in a decade of using MCT products. The packaging is great, really like the aluminium bottle, the information provided is all top notch, just the results were not pleasant.
