If You Have Vasectomy Or Nerve Damage From An Accident Or Anything Else, Buy This Product!
I have, unfortunately, had multiple rear-end collisions (I was catching, not pitching) and they've left me with lots of back (nerve and soft tissue) issues that cause extreme discomfort on one side (and elsewhere). This underwear, though not the least expensive item of clothing I'll ever buy, has really been a godsend to me, alleviating much of the discomfort associated with the nerve injuries. I find that, for my particular problem at least, the underwear accomplishes the desired effect if I'm, uh, positioned upstream, as it were, instead of downstream.I tie the string into a double knot and leave it that way, even though washing and drying. I've found that all the UFM underwear I bought (half a dozen pair, which I bought here on Amazon along with other supportive products) fit in a mesh laundry bag and have washed without damage. I set them out on top of the dryer while I dry other clothes, so as to not shrink the UFM underwear. This methodology is working well and the UFM products continue to fit as-new.Whether you've got a vasectomy-related issue such as I have or have been in an accident such as I have or just want to support and, uh, project a bit better, you'll be glad you spent the money on this product. Highly recommended.

Performs exactly as advertised
I never write reviews for things I buy but I have to say, these do exactly what they claim. Bought one pair to test, cinched them up, went out on the road for 6 miles, never had to adjust myself once. They hold your junk up and out of the way, without crushing you like an "athletic supporter" does. Brilliant. If you have thick athlete legs that constantly squash your jewels, these are the answer. Bravo.

Great fit. Great support
First of all bravo for offering big sizes. They are hard to find.Overall these are very comfortable. The material is soft. I purchased the bamboo blend. The drawstring feature is truly unique AND effective. I cinched up the laces pretty tight and much to my surprise my package stayed in the pouch all day whether I was sitting, standing, or walking. I was worried I would pop out of the pouch the first time I sat down but things stayed put.One downside I noticed - By the end of the day I was feeling a bit chafed on the back of my sack. I'm guessing this was due to how much I cinched up the pouch. Next time I wear them I will make it looser and see if I stay in the pouch and reduce the chafing.

Great fit
The material is extremely soft and comfortable. The adjustable pouch is amazing. You can pull the drawstrings to make as snug or as loose a pouch as you want. When snug it also has the effect of accentuating your package as it acts a bit as a cockring.Pros: Great material. Excellent fit. Awesome adjustable pouch.Cons: none

Good briefs, but limited support/fit despite the big and tall sizes
The waist is a good fit, and they seem really comfortable. The problem is, like many similar briefs the pouch is 100% designed for someone super well endowed. When you sell larger sizes, you need to adjust, not many guys ordering 5 or 6xl items need the same sized/shaped pouch. Usually it just looks tacky, but in this case it limits the function of the support. I hate to even give it less than 5 stars because finding underwear in big sizes is not easy, and almost no one does big & tall right (no, you can't just multiply all the measurements and get the same/appropriate fit!)- but companies should still try.

Plenty of room!
I have finally found the best “pouch / hammock” underwear. By far the best support I’ve ever had. All of my junk fits comfortably and nothing slips out while I’m being active or moving. Super soft fabric. Better than Beneath, Shinesty, and SAX. Warning pushing everything forward...you may get stares.

Meh, not worth it
They're okay. I wear medium in some things, and large in others. I'm 35 in waist with some butt, but these are a little loose at size medium. The material is like a $4 pair of hanes from walmart, only there's a bit of a pouch with a shoe string. Construction seems kind of cheap, but time will tell how they hold up. Definitely not worth more than $10. There are many other underwear brands that tackle the pouch market with far better material, design, and construction that are actually worth the price. Would not buy again.

Try it, you'll like it.
Excellent garment all around.Quality construction, good waistband and comfortable fabric.I'm a guy with a large gauge Prince Albert (PA) piercing and these provide great support so things down there aren't bouncing around. My only suggestion would be to offer a brief W/O a fly. In my 57 years I can honestly say I've never used it.
