Is the gelatin kosher?

Are these crunchy like the original lucky charms marshmellows or stale/soft soggy like reviews have mentioned? also can i return if this is the case?

My kids love them, I don't know why people say they are soggy, cause they are just like the lucky charms. they are the right amount of crunchy, and one bag sat around opened for a month and still really good.
