I received everything to make a cute rabbit, but when I go to the website address for a video tutorial, I get a 404 error. I can't find a tutorial anywhere, and their website is a mess. I can't get ahold of customer service and their YouTube page doesn't have directions for this project either. I'm stuck.

My daughters in this very curious and creative stage in her life and she's been begging me to purchase all types of crochet supplies. I figured this would be a great place to start. All supplies are included, there's a step by step tutorial video on a website, that is provided inside of the kit. This was a little challenging for my daughter but she got through it and is so inspired she's been begging me for more.

This kit was really simple and easy to use and came with everything you need for the project, including the yarn, fluffy mohair yarn, crochet needle, buttons, etc. The instructions come in a virtual video format that goes over every single step you need and is very detailed. I really loved the outcome and I was able to finish the project in a weekend!

This product came in packaging which included all materials including extra yarn, and the video instructions worked well. I never crocheted before and by the end of this project I felt like a master. The rabbit and carrot came out perfect and so cute. My mother adored this gift and I cannot wait to buy more. Additionally, the support staff are very kind and quick to respond via email and I recommend this product.
