Ive never used it that way, but I think it could be. It isn't one continuous length. It comes in about 3ft pieces put together in bundles.

How long are the individual pieces within the bundles? Thanks

They are, on the average 20 inches long when stretched out. Video shows the bundle they come in and undone.
