Worth it!!
Love the laptop. Especially the design and all the samsung exclusive features. I have a s23 ultra and I find it very useful to connect and share files between the devices. Battery could have been better but for it's more than enough. I am college student and it's perfect for me. Portable and powerful at the same time.

Cracked screen book3 pro
Under 10 months of usage, without dropping, there is a crack on the screen. Shocked to see the crack after just opening the lid. Very fragile screen and utter waste product. After being so much expensive, is it really worth buying this laptop? I'm moving away from samsung altogether even from their phones and tab! extremely disappointed with them.

Touchpad has serious issues
Completely useless touchpad. Its not responding many times. It does random clicks. Absolutely unsusable. And I received the laptop today afternoon. I contacted amazon in evening. They want to install servify app which cannot detect the issue (Because its not designed to detect these kind of issues). And amazon Cant help. Seems 1.3 lakhs gone. Thankyou amazon for this amazing customer service
