This helped alleviate most of my hot flashes! I am so glad! It also helps with dry skin. Makes my skin more hydrated.

Doesn’t work like it say it does

I purchased twice. Still finishing first bottle. I use on my face. I like the effects. Subtle but nice brightening and smoothing of skin. What I don't like is that the cream pills and creates a gritty mess with my sunscreen. Not sure what to do about that. I have a question that wasn't answered about using the cream daily because it is my understanding that estrogen receptors in skin get exhausted and need breaks. Wondering if it's the same for phyto estrogen creams.

Definitely helped with hot flashes for me but none of my other symptoms.
