I NEEDED this, I made the purchase for my spectra 1 pump and I wished that I did sooner. I was introduced to this product by my lactation consultant. I have gotten more milk output vs when I used the flange insert. This is very comfortable, easy to clean and fits well with the spectra pump. Highly recommend

I love that the flanges are true to size, and a little bit wider towards the valve, which I feel helped milk to flow better and faster through the flange. The quality of this was great, I really like that the plastic pieces felt more sturdy than the accessories that my spectra came with by default. I used these with the blue spectra and they were compatible. I really didn't notice a difference between spectra parts and these except for the increase in quality and thickness. I also love that they sell the individual flanges in such a great variety of sizes. Piece of Advice: order slightly larger than you need, then buy cushions/inserts to make the flange more comfortable. No fault of this company, but plastic isn't really comfortable any way you try to do it.

Okay you can trust me because I’ve pumped hundreds and maybe thousands of hours — these Maymom flanges have been such a life saver for me because they don’t cause a decrease in milk output at all and have the same comfortable fit as the original Spectra flanges, all for the best price you can find. I always appreciate that these flanges are available in WAY more sizes than most sellers produce, meaning if many brands don’t sell your size in mm, Maymom probably does! I have bought their flanges all throughout my pumping journey and love the fantastic quality, excellent fit, extreme durability, and ability to withstand so much washing and sterilizing! To be honest, the reason why I give these flanges four stars instead of five is because they don’t fit as snugly into the spectra bottles as I would hope, but I’ve never had more than a few drops leak down the side so it’s not a big deal. I don’t think any third party seller makes flanges that screw on perfectly tight but these still work very well and create an extremely good seal for pumping without reducing the suction! I would absolutely recommend this product for anyone looking for good quality and value flanges for an unbeatable price and with a consistently fantastic reputation. See picture for more!

I bought the 17mm Maymom wide neck pump part to use with my Spectra pump, and it fits perfectly — no leaks, no slipping, and it feels just as sturdy as the original parts. Pros: • Exact fit on my Spectra pump, works seamlessly. • Also compatible with MAM bottles, which was a great surprise and makes feeding so much easier. • Sturdy, easy to clean, and the material feels durable. • Having the 17mm size means I get a better fit, which makes pumping more comfortable and efficient. Cons: • Only downside is that it doesn’t come with extra sizes in one pack, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Verdict: If you’re using a Spectra and need a 17mm flange, this is spot on. The bonus of it fitting MAM bottles makes it even better value. I’d definitely buy again
