Worth almost every penny!!!
My child is obsessed!! She loves this games!! We play with regular Uno rules! Two exceptions: Pick up cards can be played on pick up cards but only AFTER the person who is supposed to pick up, picks up the cards they’re supposed to. So NO STACKING PICK UP CARDS. We also don’t play with the splatter cards since it’s only 3 people. The splatter cards would be best with a group of 4 or more. Plus it can be overwhelming for a child who’s new to the game or is extremely competitive. We don’t want to discourage our child from playing by having that card esp when it’s played on top of 15+ cards. It’s definitely fun to play. The instructions are readable. I advise Google or ChatGPT for quick answers while mid-game! THIS IS EXTREMELY EDUCATIONAL!!!! It’s a cute card size! I just don’t believe they’re worth $20 though. More like maybe $15 at most to be honest. It’s literally two decks of cards and some instructions. Nothing more tbh. Great game though and wouldn’t trade it for anything honestly!

Makes learning fun!
Great quality and looks like it will last with lots of use. I love that you can spend quality fun time with your child and they are learning at the same time. No pressure or anxiety when playing a game!

The best ESL teaching tool.
AGO cards are the best product I've found to help in my low-level ESL classroom. The concept is like UNO (which is easily understood cross culturally) but with a language element. It's a nice mix of a competitive game and language practice. These ones are based on phonics, so teacher supervision is needed during the game to correct pronunciation. I use the Q&A cards as well and they're great.

fun way to learn/review phonics
I tutor elementary children during the summer and this is a fun way to see what they already know and what they need to practice. It's also a fun way to review skills. The 3 levels are great. These are a good fit for skills taught in K - 2nd grade. I remove the "extra cards" like change direction, jump, pick one, and change color because they aren't really necessary when playing with only 2 people. This also helps keep the game moving.

Great
Got this because my nephew is struggling with learning to read. I love that it has various games you can play and different levels of challenge. Kind of like Uno but for reading. Looking forward to playing it as a family!

Purchased for classroom
Using these in small groups on Fridays as a reward for working hard all week. I have students read the words on the cards out loud before they play them. Works great for extra practice and they do not even realize they are working.
