When was these beans Roasted?

Our coffee is rated to order and dispatched to Amazon within 2 weeks of roasting because it has to be certified by the CIB. This particular batch (as at Dec 26th) may have been roasted between 6-8 weeks ago...This coffee expires a year from roasting.

Once opened, how long until it must be used by please - I’m assuming 3-4 weeks?

Once I open I decant into an airtight container, keeps couple of months or so
