I’ve used different types of creatine supplement since 2019. Mostly powder, but I’ve tried gummies as well. With my ever changing lifestyle and my inability to sometimes consume creatine on my off days (because I can’t do powder in water..yuck) I found myself looking more and more into capsules to fill in on off days. This has become the ONLY creatine supplement I consume! As a female, I have learned that the regular 5g dose is just too much for me. It absolutely sky rockets my creatinine levels in lab work. While not inherently the worst thing, my organ health is very important to me. After 2 years of raised levels I decided that I needed to adjust my dose as a last ditch effort. 3g I have found to be a perfect dose for me! This dosing , while not optimal for everyone, is PERFECT for me! Pros- there are so many! -no garbage ingredients (100% creatine monohydrate) VERY IMPORTANT! -no jitters -no dry mouth -no headaches (as long as you stay hydrated) -muscle tonality has been AMAZING in just a few weeks. -my strength and the ability to push through hard sets has been impalpable Cons——- 6 capsules is a lot! BUT def not a deal breaker. I WILL purchase this brand, in capsule form again and again!!!

Notable increased strength and muscle mass.

I started taking this supplement in April of 2025 on recommendation that it would be good for the muscles of a postmenopausal woman. I'm not sure I noticed any difference in my muscles, me being an active hiker with already good muscle tone and strength. What I did notice was that my hair started falling out, not my usual fallout, but more hair every time I washed my hair, and my hairbrush was covered in hair. It was when I came across a report that creatine consumption causes an increase in DHT, the hormone that is responsible for alopecia, that I stopped taking it. Alot of studies debunked this claim, but the most recent study claimed those studies were flawed. All I know is that about ten days after I stopped taking creatine, my hair stopped falling out en masse. Do your own research and stay aware. I don't have a problem with the quality of this supplement, only what it did to my hair. I'm giving it 3 stars because I didn't notice any difference either way except for hair loss, which I am absolutely certain is from creatine. It will be a year before my hair fills in again.
