I do not recommend purchasing Bergner products due to extremely poor after-sales service. Despite multiple reminders, no technician has visited and there are no accessible service centres. It has been over a year since we have been unable to use the product, the issue remains unidentified, and the pressure cooker is unsafe as water sprinkles during use.

During my first experience using the cooker, a serious and frightening incident occurred. The whistle failed to function properly, and the safety valve burst, resulting in extensive damage to my kitchen. Before placing the cooker on the gas stove, I carefully inspected the whistle, the lid, and the cooker body. I also washed the cooker thoroughly, as recommended for first use, and then began cooking meat. After some time, I noticed that the whistle was not functioning at all. Instead of the normal whistling sound, only a hissing noise was coming from the cooker. Shortly thereafter, the safety valve exploded, leading to this dangerous incident. I purchased this pressure cooker on 21st January 2026 in the morning, and the incident occurred the very same evening. This was my first Bergner pressure cooker, and such a severe safety failure on the first day of use is extremely alarming and disappointing.

This parts is not stainless steel, then why it is painted in stainless steel which comes out after 2-3 washes.
