It is September 2025. The last time I bought this case was in March of 2023. I have never owned another phone case between then and now, that's how well it held up!! And I only had to buy another one because the top of the plastic piece finally cracked after almost 3 years. This is easily the best phone case I have ever owned. It is protective yet not bulky so it does not make your phone look like a brick. It certainly holds up really well after repeated high height drops; it truly lives to the Otterbox name. Plus it is super easy to put on. It is simple yet still stylish and does exactly what it was made to do, protect your phone! The raised edges protect your screen and camera if your device falls on the face or back, and it has a charger port cover to keep water and moisture out. If you want a high-quality phone case that is slim but still protective in every way, this is it.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 is hands down one of the best smartphones I’ve owned. The design is sleek and premium, with a comfortable size that fits perfectly in the hand without feeling bulky. The display is absolutely stunning—bright, sharp, and smooth, making videos, photos, and scrolling a real pleasure.

I can't see any reason why I might need a new cell phone. My Samsung Galaxy S23+ does everything I would want a cell phone to do. What I needed was a sturdy cell phone case to prevent damage from the ocassional fumble. OtterBox makes quality products and I am pleased with the Commuter Series Case.

This product fits my Samsung S23+ like a glove. The phone has been dropped multiple times and this cover has protected the phone with typical Otterbox design and construction quality. Very happy with it and consider it worth the money, for sure. However, one difficulty is the protection flap guarding the USB-C charge port is very good. Too good. When closed, it "locks in" tightly, providing excellent protection. However, getting the flap OPEN is very difficult and keeping it open until you can get the cable connected is a challenge for anyone with opposable thumbs. Especially if you, like me, have 10 thumbs. It takes a fingernail to get into a very tight crack/space to fold the flap back and being a thumb gymnast doing backflips to keep it open until the charge port can be connected. Holding your tongue just right does not help. Get ready to lose this battle and order a wireless Qi charger when you buy this case. Also, the phone could use more rubber along the sides for better grip when holding. The ABS outer shell plastic is slick and I have had it slip from my hands. But remember, I'm all thumbs. So, like the wireless charger, order the sticky spray stuff pro wide receivers put on their gloves, too. Just know there will be some lint sticking to the phone when you get it out of your pocket. Other than those minor irritations, this is a fantastic protective case.

Fit my samsung S23 perfect. Looks nice, we will see how it holds up.

I have had a number of OtterBox cases and they have been terrific. Everyone drops their phone at times. This case has saved my phone many times! Looks good, durable, and a good value. And honestly, the name gets me - who doesn't love otters? haha
