Great product but terrible packaging choice.
The hitch is very nice. Solid and well made. But was delivered in a paper bag. It was torn open and at first appeared as though angry badgers had attacked it. Heavy item in thin brown bag packaging just seems negligent. But its a solid part, meant to pull trailers ... so... otherwise, quick delivery and great product.
