These bottles are great for the gym or for children's football as not only are you able to have a drink but the spray-mist function means you can also spray a refreshing mist of water to help you cool down. Obviously, these are only good for use with water as you don't want to spray anything sticky so, if your child is not happy drinking plain water it's not going to be good for them.

Can’t be cleaned
Very good as long as it is clean. You can’t take the top apart and therefore it is impossible to clean it properly. The mould builds up inside.
