I have the sugar free multi pack. 2 sugar free vanilla, 2 sugar free mocha. I bought it on a whim, on sale. I haven't had any issues with this dissolving. I like to use the vanilla added to my coffee for times I want something a little different than my usual black, unsweetened coffee. I sometimes hesitate to try a new flavored option like this because the flavor can be off. For me, this vanilla tastes good. I am not into chocolate so much so I haven't tried it yet. But eventually I will. Ooh maybe as a blended iced drink with some orange extract. Or peppermint. Sometimes I use this as is, but I like a stronger coffee flavor. I will add instant to it sometimes if not adding to my brewed coffee. I have no need to add additional sweetener. That's a personal thing, so you decide if it is sweet enough or not. Dissolves fine when stirred into my coffee. I can spoon stir or I use a handheld frother (any cheapy will do).

Hills Brothers Sugar Free Cappuccino let's you have a guilt free morning. I, personally mix the French Vanilla with the Mocha fir the perfect blend. It is difficult to find the sugar free option in stores so plan to Subscribe and Save.

It's pretty sweet -- one might want to add some regular plain instant coffee, but the taste is still nice, and easily adaptable, and it is also a good bargain. And it isn't Nestle, ruiner of the earth for profit
