Management and Cost Accounting for Studies
This was a recommended and must buy for my son at Uni so the content isn't really to be debated over as his lecturers deem it the appropriate book for his studies. It is, however, structured in 6 Parts:1. Introduction to Management and Cost Accounting2. Cost Accumulation for Inventory Valuation and Profit Measurement3. Information for Decision Making4. Information for Planning, Control and Performance Measurement5. Strategic Cost and Performance Management6. The Application of Quantitative Methods to Management AccountingThe book is very well designed using multiple formatting methods and graphics to stylise the content. Certain sections are highlighted in different colours to emphasise, and each section comes with a summary, key terms and concepts, key examination points, and assessment material including questions and problems. Answers to all problems are available in the appendices at the end of the book.

Management and Cost Accounting textbook review.
I have purchased the textbook for my Management Accounting Performance class. It is in great condition. I have received the textbook within the date of arrival. The information written so far is helpful for my class and decent ways of explaining the topics however there are times where the explanations are not as simple to learn as a novice to this class.

Worst texbook ever written
This textbook is poorly written, very dull and the concepts are dated. The questions at the end of the chapter bear no relation to the content - they are far more difficult, and there are no answers provided.Unfortunately my course was based on this book so I could not avoid it. I would instead recommend you buy any book by Charles Horngren (even older editions), as they are much clearer.
