I am a naturapathic medicine student and not only have a chance to scan myself with numerous biofeedback devices but also implement a muscle testing to recommend variety of supplements Since I became allergic to weat, this product suits me pretty well and my body agreed to start this supplement So, I have started with only 1 tab twice daily just to make sure there is no side effect... Surprisingly, 2 tabs a day was just a begging and my body was asking for more I ended up taking 1 tab every 2 hours and have to admit IT DID CHANGE A LOT 1. My hair loss has stopped almost completely 2. Abundance of energy 3. Better digestion 4. Better sleep habits I wonder if some people need a higher dose in order to make a shift

Can’t tell if this works as intended because it gives me unbearable headaches. I started on one pill in the morning and one in the evening, and within 3 days I developed a constant and increasing headache that eventually left me in bed for two days with a migraine. The only thing that had changed in my routine was the addition of the supplements so I immediately stopped taking it after about 5 days. A month later I tried again, and after 2 1/2 days, the headache started again. Thinking it was likely this supplement, I stopped taking it sooner than I did the last time so the constant headache has been irritating, but more mild and has not turned into a migraine, but it’s still not completely gone three days after ceasing use. There are so many benefits to spermidine that I will try again, but I will only take one pill a day instead of the recommended two. After doing research, I’ve seen that spermidine can cause headaches in some people but the recommended dose elsewhere is 1 to 6 Mgs. This is a 10 Mg recommended dose so maybe it’s just too much for me. ??

I bought this to try after trying a different brand (DW). This was way better. I'm only on my 2nd day and could feel it after taking the first tablet. I bought this to help clear up some brain inflammation I've been dealing with and boy is it helping. If you've dealt with that before and tried fasting and found it to help, well this felt like I was fasting at 2X speed with the amount of cellular cleanup going on. I also intermittent fast, so there's that. Best way I can describe it is if you've ever had a massage and your therapist found a knot and just held pressure on it until it released. It usually hurts in a good way, and then you get relief after it releases. Point is for me this is very potent. I don't suspect I will need a 2nd bottle, but I'm not opposed to it. Best I can tell at this point is that I will use it until I run out and see where I'm at. I suspect I won't need any, but I may buy 1 bottle a year for maintenance. I will update with any side effects or any negatives I find.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! It is ineffective and after digging deeper it is down right dangerous with all the added ingredients. Shame on you Amazon!
