I used this product on my suede shoe boots after somehow getting one of the boots stained on New Year’s Eve! No idea what it was and i thought I’d ruined them. I saw that there was mixed reviews on the product but thought I had nothing to lose so gave it a go. I followed the instructions and it got rid of the stain so my boot looked good again and lives to see another day! Considering the boots are black, it hasn’t discoloured them and I cleaned the whole area as it does say not to do a spot clean. I’m really pleased I gave this product a go - great result 👍

Great cleaner, nice little set that comes with everything you need. It’s restored my boots, cleaned and hidden imperfections (realised too late that suede should not be exposed to water) and they look like a new pair! However, they do look like a slightly darker shade now, but overall very happy.

Does exactly what it says. Cleaned my Ugg slippers perfectly. The brush is excellent, probably the best one. Foam cleaner worked great and very easy to use.

I have mixed opinions on this product so please indulge me into going into a litte detail. I got this product because for my birthday I brought a cream coloured suede jacket. The jacket of very high quality suede and was to replace my long standing previous jacket but I wanted it for the long haul and knew any stains would immediately show up like tiny signal beacons against the cream colour. This product came with good reviews and I thought with instructions included what could go wrong. I have used this on the collar of my new jacket and firstly found that the brush caused scratches no matter how lightly I used it so after a quick search on the internet found a 10p dish sponge (clean and new of course) with the rough side did a much better job than a wire brush on new suede. I then applied the leather cleaner to remove on oil which had accidentally got splashed on the inside of the collar and when to work applying the cleaning product into the leather. Initially it made things look much worse but as it dried it didn't clean anything and if anything has made the whole inside of the collar even darker. I rechecked the instructions and did nothing wrong. This product just simply didn't work. The mixed review comes here. I have already run pilot tests on my other leather products which range from light jackets to full blown aircraft bomber style jackets which can keep rain and sleet off you in a blizzard. It works perfectly for them. This suede and nubuck cleaner seems to oddly be better suited for more hardy leathers. I now keep it around for my other leather products but if my suede jacket needs cleaning it is the drycleaners from now on.

My Ugg’s looked quite dirty as I’d never cleaned or protected them. Easy instructions, 24 hours to dry then finish with the brush. I potentially could / should have used more cleaning fluid, but was playing it safe. Will protect the suede and happy with the result.

I wasn't expecting much from this product. Looking at the packaging it did look just like water in a plastic bottle with a label slapped on it. However it didn't take me long to clean my beige nubuck CAT boots and my suede tan colored ankle boots. First I brushed the suede boots with the brush provided. Then covered them with the solution with the cloth provided. Whilst waiting to let them dry I started on my CAT boots. I didn't think the bristle brush provided was a good idea for nubuck (as the bristles are too harsh) so I used a nail brush first. Did the same process and after an hour they both were so clean. Looked like new! The marks I had on my CAT boots in particular I though would never go as they've been there over a year. I would recommend this cleaning solution for both nubuck & suede. I will definitely buy again when I've almost run out.

Great set of products. Very pleased with outcome

Ruined my £1000 YSL bag! The worst product you could ever get, absolutely useless and unsuitable for suede cleansing. I followed the instructions precisely, and it left terrible water stains, the material of the bag became rough and unevenly coloured. I terribly regret buying it. DON’T PURCHASE unless you want to use it to clean cheap suede that you would’ve thrown away otherwise. NOT FOR GOOD ITEMS, not suitable for cleaning. Water with soap would have done better.
