This book gives some great suggestions and good descriptions of what gallbladder issues are and how to make it better if you want to help yourself. Also a pretty comprehensive diet suggestion as well.

Easy read, essential topic information enclosed. Easy to follow 6 week meal plan enclosed that gives an idea of the recommended meals, juices, snacks to eat. Good guidance to start gallbladder healing process.

Lots of background on how we get gallstones in the first place. Many ideas of what might help to maybe dissolve them.. but mostly great meal suggestions.

Thank you for a very informative book. This somewhat open-minded source can be of great help understanding the challenge of gallstones.The reasons I give only 3 stars is that I disagree with a lot that is said and much that is suggested here.As a seasoned Naturopath with thirty years experience Flushing stones I know for a fact that the guidelines are inacurate enough to be bad for you.

I liked most everything about it. I am new with gallstones and gallbladder attack. I am very anxious to follow the diet to eliminate the severe pain and found some awesome information and recipes. I am very scared of having another attack and i wrote everything down. Plus grocery list. The author wrote an awesome book thanks for writing this book.

There are no recipes. Just generic things like "bean soup for lunch"Author tells suggested meals with no idea what your daily caloric intake should be. Apparently author feels every person is the same age, same weight, same gender, same height, same level of exercise

An alternative of personal experiences to avoid gallstones. Maybe applicable in US but other areas like Asian countries, maybe there are alternatives as well. Good read.
