Have used many different brands of OMEGA-3's for brain health, energy, focus, mood. These you feel the effects. Nearly everyone needs large doses of DHA and EPA. Two of these soft gels gets you 1,175 DHA and EPA. Plus, 3,000 IU's of Vitamin D/day if you take 2 capsules. Great product. All of the good quality Omega-3's are expensive, the cheaper Omega-3's don't have the same effect.
