didn't wrap all the way around my legs like the description says. Maybe try a size up.

These are my first pair and I’m loving them.They give me a better mental feeling that things are getting done without over doing it

I bought these and followed instructions on how to use them. They kept falling off my thighs but when they actually did stay on I could feel the difference in my workout

They are good but the ring part ends up flipping sideways and hurts the thighs because it’s almost stabbing into my inner thigh

I hate I paid for these the straps turning won’t stay in place and coming out of the steal placement to help stay secure I recommend purchasing the ones that look like a seat belt clip only

The rectangle ring twists around and digs in. Definitely sending these back
