Should have bought it sooner
Found it a bit confusing that it didn’t have the tube and nozzle but we tried it with the old tube and we now have a happy fish again

Item as described, just to confirm this does have a 3 pin plug for uk use and not the 2 pin plug shown in picture.

Vibrates and noisy.
Rubbish. Vibrates so very noisy. So not using it. Complete waste of money. The pump I was replacing which had broken had suction pads on bottom so no vibration or noise.

Before replacing your existing pump, try cleaning out your existing pump
My existing pump was only producing a trickle of water. Try this... The assembly clicks open and there's a plastic filter. Clean this. Then pull out the impeller with tweezers and clean this out. Reassemble. My pump then worked like new!

Waste of money
These pumps are useless. You’ll be lucky to get a year out of them. I’ve had three. All failed.

I haven’t been able to use this pump as it is so noisy. I used this to replace an old one that had broken, but I’ve had to buy a totally new filter due to the noise of this one.

Mein Fluval Aquarium habe ich gebraucht gekauft und bei mir lief es ca. 3 Jahre. Die Leistung war immer gut aber irgendwann gab sie dann den Geist auf. Also musste eine neue Pumpe her. Zuerst hatte ich eine günstigere Alternative gekauft aber es wurde sehr schnell klar, daß man das Original kaufen muss. Das Päckchen kam pünktlich und war anständig Verpackt. Die Montage war sehr einfach und die Pumpe läuft wie geschmiert und bringt eine gute Leistung. Tip: Bitte darauf achten das man die richtige Pumpe für das entsprechende Becken auswählt. Das Fluval Flex gibt es in drei verschiedenen Größen.
