彩度の高い色が豊富にそろっており、重ね塗りや混色が簡単にできます。 オイルパステルはあれこれ買いましたが、お値段のわりに高品質だと思います。 とても楽しく使わせていただいてます。

I've just started with oil pastels but have been a working artist for over 15 years. I use these in a non traditional way, adding pastel to paper and removing leaving a beautiful pastel stain. These also work well in a thicker application. I also have a set of senniller and they are not as buttery as those but these are great for the price point. I'll continue to use them in my work for years to come.

I am new to pastels so I haven't tried top brands. I wanted some decent pastels to see if I like this medium before investing more money. I would buy another box because the range of hue is so nice in this set. I'm learning that this is important for painting in pastel. The swatch I made is on sanded paper. Very nice, soft but not too soft.

Haven't had any experience with pastels (soft, oil, chalk) and until recently, thought that all pastels were oil based like what we used in school. Reviews and YouTube videos seem to be using them to draw art and opinions are mixed and compared with other brands. I've been really happy with my arrtx alcohol markers, particularly in the effort they put into the packaging so I figured the pastels would be a safe bet. Since I don't have anything to compare or base them against, I was really happy with them. My intended use is for background shading so I am using it like an eyeshadow and using make-up brushes. This has given me the effect that I am after and the chalkyness is actually beneficial. They are nice and smooth and buttery on the paper I used. It did come with pastel paper which I initially thought was sandpaper ha! But haven't used them on that yet. I haven't been able to create bubbles or gradients with other mediums as easily and nicely as I was able to with the arrtx soft pastels. **Final white outline of bubbles was done with a paint marker. **blanked out the colouring page so it isn't advertising another product.
