Amazing external USB C monitor with easy to use controls

A must for current productivity needs and is a right blend of screen real estate and very light.Initially I was skeptical of the bezels and the quality.I have used it extensively for a month, no issue with the display and reasonable build quality.+ Multiple input video signals+ Easy to use control+ Comfortable stand+ High quality of cables included- Needs a USB to power the device (powering through USB C gave me inconsistent results)I wish it could also have supported display link (USB 2.0 /3.0 to video), then it would be hard to beat.

Returned faulty product and received a new one free of charge

Item arrived on time. It was easy to connect it to my laptop. But the monitor had a vertical stripe in different colours, on the left side of the screen, running from top to bottom and wide about 2cm or 1". I wanted to attach a photo of it to my review, but heic form is not supported. Long story short - I had to return the monitor. The return process was easy, I just dropped it at the closest Purolator centre. I was refunded the same day.I've updated the review from two to five stars because the seller kindly sent a new monitor that works well and is exactly what I need. And all of that for free. At the end, two stars became five stars. Well deserved - thank you!
