Light roast and robust
Full body and light roast with just a hint of bitterness. Good aroma for ground coffee. This is without sugar. if you add sugar, the bitterness would be less. A sweetener smooths out the bitterness.

This is one of the finest coffees I've had the honor of pulling a shot from.
Lightly roasted smooth taste with a long leg. I really enjoyed this coffee, but at 20 dollars a bag I will buy once in a while.

decent coffee
Was hard to brew in our pour over, the grounds take quite some time to let the water pass through. Tastes decent, is somewhat bitter and we didn't taste the notes listed in it. But it's coffee and will work!
