True to size. My husband is wearing to our sons Mario themed birthday party

I bought a large for my husband which is the only size shirt he has in his wardrobe and it was HUGE. There was also a problem with the screen printing with some stains on it. I have tried to repurchase as the colour and design are awesome but haven't been able to find stock when I have needed it.
