Q: How do you use it? What means "yes" and "no?"

I purchased this for my wife. She uses it to determine if the prescriptions she has been prescribed will be good for her. She puts the prescribed dose in her left hand and holds the crystal over the left hand as still as possible if it will be good for her the crystal will turn clockwise meaning yes. If counterclockwise it is not good for her and means no. If no movement of the crystal it means nothing. The bigger the movement the stronger the yes or no.

Q: Does this come with a pouch?

Mine came in a red velvety drawstring pouch inside a small, plastic box.

Q: Is the crystal quartz real crystal quartz? some other stones say they are resin or another material that is not the real crystal. please confirm.

I do think it’s real. They might have taken different ones and crushed them and reformed it .. I’m really not sure, but it does work as a pendulum and I can feel the energy from Crystal.
