My doctor told me to take these as an alternative to a B12 shot...which I hate. The taste is pleasant and not strong. It dissolves quickly. It helps with my energy and taking them daily is as effective as weekly shots.

It’s so hard to know is a supplement is working but I do think this does. I feel good after I take it.

As advertised - small, melts in your mouth and tastes good. Only just started ( day 2 ) so can't tell you if they are doing me any good.

Good value, dissolves well. This was my second time ordering. I don't know if it works (I'll have not wait for my next blood test to see my B levels), but it certainly doesn't hurt. I am going to keep taking them.

This is my favorite B12 supplement. It dissolves well and tastes good. I had on auto ship but cancelled (for some reason). Then a few months later got blood work done and sure enough my doc said I was B12 deficient. So I know the product works well. Wont make that mistake again! I have suggested this product to family and friends.
