Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Top Trumps Card Game

Amazing pack of top trumps, the design on these are great and detailed, scores are accurately done, which is great to see, fun to play anywhere!

Kids love playing top trumps especially when they're Harry Potter fans. Definitely a brilliant buy to take with us on holiday.

These were bought as a gift for a 5yr old. We chose these as he likes Harry Potter and also the numbers are in a nice clear format( unlike some others we have seen). Ideal for traveling or anytime.

Cards are fine, in a sealed pack but the box is badly scratched and, as this is a Christmas gift I am disappointed as it looks like its not new. Woukd like a replacement case if possible.

DS loves the cards. The graphic quality though I think is quite poor, the photos are extracted from the film rather than headshots which means some are blurry, the poor actress playing Ginny Weasley will be depressed at how she looks on the card and the subtext explaining the character is so small against a coloured background and funny font that it is barely legible without magnification. DS loves them of course but I just think they could have been more clearly and graphically defined. The DH part 1 are pretty much the same in terms of assets and defects.

Slightly disappointing; although we found out more about some of our favourite characters, it is almost impossible to win as many of the cards just say “unknown”, and many of the cards have a clear strong category so the player who chooses the category nearly always wins.But having said that, they’re nice cards and we enjoyed them. Just make sure you set a time limit on how long you will play for!
