Seemed magnificent especially because it had the exact same dosage that my dr recommended. However, it contains milk. Which is a total bummer if you are intolerant.

Was told years ago that Vitamin B12 was a must for a woman as she ages.... Seems IT is true! Bought this for a friend that kept saying her energy was low. She was grateful and say she can tell a difference. I know everyone is different but i encourage others to give this a try!
