Updated Review: I am updating my review to 5 stars because the seller reached out very quickly to help resolve my issues. They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond by offering me a brand-new replacement in a different style. I chose the Seahorse design, and it looks great and works perfectly in my kitchen. It is rare to find such dedicated support, and I highly recommend this shop for their unique products and quality care. ---Original Review--- I really wanted to love this paper towel holder because the turtle design is absolutely beautiful and looks great on my counter. Unfortunately, the assembly process was a major headache. The main issue was connecting the pole to the base. The screw provided simply would not catch or screw in properly. I couldn't tell if the screw itself was too short or if the threading inside the pole was faulty, but it just wouldn't secure. Luckily, I’m a bit of a DIYer and had a longer screw on hand that I was able to use to get it attached. Even with the better hardware, however, the pole still wobbles a bit when I'm pulling off a towel. If you don't mind potentially having to find your own hardware to make it work, it's a lovely decorative piece. But for the price, I expected the parts to fit together correctly out of the box.

Great gift and the wife loves it. Quality made item and looks terrific. Very stable base and holds the larger rolls. Great value for the money and functions properly.

This is absolutely adorable! Good quality for the price and easy to assemble. It is a great addition to my beach themed kitchen.

The turtle itself is cute but that's the only good thing about it. The pole and the base came warped (see photos). One of the anti-slip dots doesn't touch the counter at all. I had to hand screw in the pole. It does come with two extra anti-slip dots, two extra screws, and a screwdriver. It can fit a new roll of Amazon's Presto paper towels. Anything bigger probably won't fit.

Its beautiful. My mother in law loves beach themed decorations. Its very well made and looks like its high quality. Get it if you love turtles and beaches.

Durch das Holz wird er sehr hochwertig. Die Schildkröte ist in 3 D was ich als zusätzlichen Pluspunkt betrachte.

I'm truly happy I purchased this. It's a higher price point but solid. The screw that came with it to attach the centre piece was quite short, however I found one at home.

Gave 4 star instead of 5....a little too tight for a double roll...as you can see from the pic, the roll is on the belly of the turtle making it hard to pull the first 10 or 12 sheets....
