Terrible valves. Straight out the box they restrict the flow. You need to unscrew them and reverse the spring internal to use the valve. It will flow in the opposite direction to the flow arrows but works better. Very poor valve. See picture for correct way to fit

To narrow a gauge, they restrict co2 flow a lot, can damage your co2 output system. Tony.

Restricted flow on my aquarium Co2 generator so i ended up taking it out it may be more suitable for a compressed Co2 system
