I'm not going to write a long review; however, I have trained for 20 years and achieved much in my training and continue to do so. Supplements is something I have experience with as I have tried many! Are supplements worth it? Yes and no. Some are, protein being one. Find a good one and keep it!!! Try many to find that one, but once you do, keep it. Merely find a better price for it. This is the best protein Whey I know. **"Not the best protein"** but the best Whey Concentrate for money. I have used so many! The other true rival and it is very much discussed over the web is, MyProtein Whey. Great value, good tasting, gentle and works. But having used both for plenty of time, OP-N-GSW is just the king in my opinion. I use three mounted scoops a day and it lasts me over two months, tastes amazing (vanilla and choccy being faves from the selection available) with many flavours to choose from at other suppliers/websites. I also find this the most gentle on the stomach for those that suffer, and it does not bloat me!! Only milk (that I use) cause any issue which I don't really experience with milk, so its the supplement and ingredients that these powders contain for sure. I found this the best price on Web, jointly with dolphin-fitness but Amazon Prime delivers in one day and has more flavour variety. Well done Amazon! Hands down for me, best Whey Concentrate/Isolate supplement on the market for your money. As I said, you may have better products but for money, works, value, dosing and all other factors I've mentioned above..............?

great quality, solubility in water and milk is second to none! You can mix most of it just buy swilling it around! Taste is good, an appropriate flavour for everyday use, I have always used vanilla and am not bored of it yet after 3 years or so. Despite this being the best value product of the top quality brands, I will probably purchase MyProtein Impact Whey in the future as it is still cheaper and seems to be perfectly adequate, i have had good results with both this and that. Tip: try blending 70-100g with 1 large banana, 150ml water, 30g walnuts and either a kiwi or 50-60g frozen berries. Fits in a shaker cup and good for 2 portions throughout the day.

I've been using ON Gold Standard continuously for about 7 years. Over the years the flavous have changed so much and glad to see they come up with new ones every now and then. For me Vanilla Ice Cream tastes the best overall!

#1 Protein powder with worse seal. Powder is in the seal therefore it does not close properly. Might cause problems in certain situations.

Used to take protein shake about 10 years ago and really struggled to take them day after day. But started again recently and wow have they improved. The ice cream vanilla flavour is delicious and would go as far as saying I actually enjoy it! Powder dissolves very easily too. Will be purchasing again and again.

Top quality stuff and on amazon subscribe and save it's the cheapest I could find it. Vanilla Ice Cream flavour is nice but perhaps a little too sweet? Either way, get it down yer neck. Chocolate is brilliant!
