The bridge connected automatically to my WiFi without any issues. I can connect from anywhere to see if my door is locked. The fact that I can lock or unlock from anywhere is great. I really like this feature. The lock itself is another issue. The finger touch is a bit quirky. It doesn’t always work. Most times I have to try two or three times to open the door. The away auto lock feature is nice. It seems to work as described. The Auto Unlock feature works but I have to wait a few seconds after I’m close to the lock for it to activate. I wish it would unlock from a further distance so the door is unlocked when I get to it. I have been using the lock only for a few days so I think the jury is still out on the lock. 2/23/24

Installed lock about a month ago. It was easy to install and looks great. Downloaded and installed U-tec software. Was not able to connect to my wifi at all. It was very hard to connect with the lock. Supples batteries went dead after month and door would not lock. Reolacing batteries solved problem. Newer version of software fixed connextivity problems and allowed firmware update. Lock works good. I am happy with the locks. (I have two).

Door lock arrived quickly and well packaged. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Instructions for connecting to WiFi and the U-Tec app were intuitive and easy to follow. The lock performs flawlessly. Sturdy enough for a commercial application. The illuminated keypad is easy to use, as is the app. Well done U-Tec.

Got it with Bridge and it works flawlessly! I have been using it for 6 months now and Can unlock my office from anywhere in the world. Even created 1 time passes with schedules for maintenance people that would only allow them in once on the time frame you choose. Installing took no more than 20 minutes and registering codes and/or fingerprints are as easy as it gets. Comes with 2 keys in case you forget your codes, fingerprints don't work or you run out of battery. I keep em in my closet hidden outside the office just in case it ever happens. One neat feature is that in case battery drains out and you get locked out it has a microusb port on the bottom. All you have to do is hook up a power bank or external battery and you are good to go! Just open the door again and replace batteries from the inside Lock looks very stylish and is well made, works left or right and reads fingerprints super fast. You can also unlock with app and if you have an Apple Watch you can make it open automatically when u get close to it. Alexa integration is great, you can unlock via app or by voice which will ask for a code. I don't recommend this feature tho, cuz anyone can listen to it and then open the door from the outside. I just use Alexa to unlock via app which can also be donde thru their own app Customer service is great! I had issues with the bridge device they shipped and they sent me a new one for free even before I had to return the old one. They helped me set it up and even upgraded to latest firmware remotely. Definitely outstanding customer service if you ask me Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Muy fácil de instalar. La configuración de las huellas digitales y con Google Home se me complicó un poco porque lo estaba haciendo mal. Pero su atención a clientes y servicio técnico me ayudo y quedó funcionando al 100.
