Dr. Scholl's Shoes womens Brief -Ankle Ankle Boot

Love! There was a little pinching when I first put these on but then that disappeared and these felt amazing- you could almost forget you were wearing them. I love the style. I'll buy these again- and I'd buy them in more colors if ever available. They run true to size.

Very comfortable and just enough of a heel. Look great with jeans, leggings and also dresses.

Runs a little small, so definitely go half a size up especially if you will wear socks of any kind. I usually wear between a 7.5 to 8 and had to go to an 8.5 on this. The 8 was way too snug bare feet and with socks I would not have survived. Another note on this shoe: it is a little narrow at the teos which also adds to the 'snug' feeling. One odd thing though, the zipper is on the 'outer' side which is weird. So you don't get that 'smooth' look on profiles. Although the zipper adds a bit of shine and detail, it's not something I wanted. Not sure why the put the zipper to face outside rather than inside. Such an odd choice design wise. Otherwise the shoe is good. The sole has good grip without being too heavy or noisy. The insole is soft and comfortable (it says memory foam insole). The main reason I got this boot was so that I would NOT have to fold another pair of jeans with ankle booties. The height on this one is perfect and requires no folding and adjustment of the hems of any jeans. Also goes well with bootcuts as the hem drapes over it beautifully without any snagging.

I bought these shoes because I needed something I could wear that looked professional, but also something I could casually walk around in with leggings. Since I was headed to a conference and didn't want to check a bag, this was important. Little did I know the zippers will set off the metal detector at airport security. My jeans and jacket zipper didn't set it off and a lady in line behind me commented about her shoe zippers being okay. If you have TSA precheck, you're going to have to take your shoes off with these. They're very cute, but they do run smaller than expected. I would not consider the wide an actual wide. Unless you're able to wear thick socks, you may find your big toe and side toe getting chaffed. I did walk several miles in these shoes and dealt with it. If you're just going to wear these to an event, you're probably okay. I wish I had gotten .5 size bigger to account for the lack of wide.

I purchased these shoes to wear as part of a Taylor Swift/1989 costume - kind of odd, since I actually owned a nearly identical pair in 1989 (I was in college then!) - These shoes are super cute - just as I remembered them - size 7 is a perfect fit for me - They are very versatile shoes - looks great with skirts, dresses or pants - I've worn them many times since purchasing - and most of all they are super comfortable (at my age comfort is a BIG consideration!!). Well made, comfortable and stylish - what else could you ask for? Highly recommended!

I own a brown pair of the same bootie that I LOVE which I purchased at a brick and mortar store maybe 10 - 12 years ago. They are getting old but still super comfortable, hence the reason I decided to purchase these. And to hold up for as long has they have is what I would expect from Dr. Scholls. These however, were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. I ordered 7.5 WW, just like my brown pair but these seemed loose, and there was no give in the upper. They were stiff and rubbed on my 4th and 5th toes. The material is very thin compared to the ones I purchased in the past. Additionally, I noticed that there was already a heel impression in the foam sole and the Dr. Scholls name, in both boots, were partially to mostly rubbed off. (See picture) These boots were not brand new as described. I returned them the very next day. Amazon needs to do a better job of screening returned shoes. Whomever used them had to have worn them for an extended period of time before returning them to have a heel imprint in the memory foam and for the brand information to be rubbed off. At first glance, they were perfect. They looked just like the brown pair I already owned. Seeing the positive reviews of others makes me think that I got a defective pair, but I am now unwiling to try these untested before purchasing. I'll have to search if I can find at a brick and mortar because I don't want to waste my time returning something that is generally of poor quality. Not what I expected from the brand Dr. Scholls.

Very comfortable, fit true to size. An unexpected very positive thing about these ankle booties is that the bottom is that a material makes them so much quieter when walking on interior flooring. You all know the clunk clunk boot noise I’m referring to. Most of that is gone!!!

Run very small. In comparison to a size 10 hey dudes they are a good deal smaller, plus I bought wides and they are not wide. Unfortunately I need them for a party in a few days so can't return. otherwise quality seams pretty good hense 2 stars.

I loved these boots so much I had to buy 2 pairs!!! So comfortable, in my size and I have a wide R foot due to an accident, so have screws and plates in my ankle and so I got this in a wide, it's great. I never thought I would be able to find a boot that fitted, and it does. I'm thrilled!! Belle

Dass diese Schuhe schmal ausfallen, trifft zu. Ist höchstens Weite G, vielleicht sogar bloß F. Das wäre bei mir mir nicht das Problem gewesen, aber die 41 war mir mindestens 1 Nummer zu klein. Dass die Sohle aus Memory Foam besteht, habe ich leider erst verspätet gelesen. Ich hatte auf ein Fußbett gehofft und diese Schuhe überhaupt nur deshalb bestellt. Da ich sowieso Probleme mit Spreiz- und Knickfuß habe, können meine Füße logischerweise selbstverständlich kein "gutes" Fußbett in einem Memory Foam bilden, daher verzichte ich auf weitere Experimente mit diesem Modell.
