This is the best knee support I have ever used.I have had a bad knee for a few years and this is definitely the best. My work puts a lot of strain on my knees so I bought this and it works great stays in place, great value highly recommend. I was so pleased that after a few months I bought a second one for my other knee. I also bought the equivalent for my arm after hurting it at work and got tennis elbow, the support I got from both products has been great.No issues with ware, well made and would definitely buy again.When ordering though It was not clear on amazon where to measure so make sure you measure from the front knee cap to the back of the knee joint.

Offers good support. However after only one use the metal side supports poked out from the channel of fabric they were meant to contained in. These channels should be stitched.

Bought this for other half and he says it gives him great support on his knee and it's nice to wear

After two operations on my knees due to the pain of years of abuse with work, sports activities and motorcycle accidents I thought that I was going to have to suffer for evermore.Had these purchased for me by my wife and what a difference they have made, I put them on for a couple of hours every day and have been amazed at how soon my knees have started to improve, the pain has started to ease which is heaven.Painful when I first started to wear them as they were quite tight but what a difference they have made, now starting to wear them at the gym and so far so good, they don't ride up or cause excessive sweating and itching.Excellent product.

This knee support is ok but because I have hairy legs this has a tendency to slip down

Absolute quality, had dozens and dozens of knee supports over the years but after a few weeks of wearing this one I can truly say it's the best one I've ever earned (not even the most expensive). I initially bought the xl but had to send it back as it was too big (good old prime and the supplier, very quick). Did 3 days snowboarding and helped my knee hold up well. Comfortable the entire time unless I was sitting with my feet behind my knee (not i was also wearing compression gear so made the area tighter). Without anything else on it really is a great knee support, doesn't slide down when working out beit cross trainer, classes or running on treadmill. The little gel circles seem to hold it in place well but I've worn it at least 15-20 times. I usually wear a xl for near on everything so be careful with the sizing.

I'm disappointed to be giving this knee support such a low score. I've used the Neo G open patella support Neo G MEDICAL GRADE OPEN PATELLA KNEE SUPPORT 'breathable design' which is bulkier but very effective. That really helped resolve some pain I was having with my knees, which I put down to instability especially when running.Having got over the worst of it with the bulky one, I wanted a more comfortable knee support to wear when driving, as this has been causing me some pain and discomfort. I opted for the Neo G Airflow Plus+ because it was the same brand, had mostly good reviews and seemed like it'd provide better support than other 'sock'-style supports. I've now had this for 2 months as I wanted to give it a good test run, and whilst I haven't worn it every day I have used it enough to feel confident in my review.The problem I have is twofold. Firstly, it doesn't stay up. I measured as a Large which I found surprising but I went with it based on reviews and answers to questions on the product. I've found that the lower portion of the support which is below the knee grips my leg well, perhaps even a bit tightly, and the top section feels fine, but transpires that it is actually too loose. I have what I'd describe as fairly normal-sized legs, and in proportion, and when I first put on the support it feels like it's the right size, any smaller would probably feel tight, bordering on uncomfortable.The result is though that the top section of the support keeps slipping down and doesn't stay in place. This is equally bad when exercising as it is just wearing it around the house, so it's not caused by excessive movement.I'm considering asking for an exchange to test the Medium but I'm not sure if the seller will allow this after 2 months of use.The second problem is that I just don't feel it provides any real support. It doesn't seem to make the slightest difference whether I'm wearing it or not. With the medical-grade one I had with the open patella, I could really tell it was helping and my knees got better from using it.My advice would be to think carefully about your requirements and also sizing. If you need good support go for the aforementioned support I linked to above.

Pretty good so far not cheap but I would say worth the money I have played football whilst wearing and doesn't restrict your movement to much !
