L-arginine is an amino acid found in meat and which performs many important functions in the body. It is easy to be deficient depending upon diet. L-arginine is important in facilitating opening of the blood vessels which can lead to decreased blood pressure, a potential decrease in pain caused by vascular and arterial blockages, improved blood flow to the penis, improved flow of oxygen to muscles, brain, and heart with resulting improved function and other things. There have not been enough studies to prove that it actually is beneficial or how large a dose is needed however it is used by many for these purposes. Typically 1000mg is considered to be a typical dose. This bottle has 150 capsules and one dose is two average sized, tasteless capsules. This product has several markers of quality including manufactured in the USA, ethically sourced ingredients, lab tested, non GMO, gluten free, and good practice manufacturing. I have experienced no bad effects from taking this medication, however I cannot say that I have noticed any difference either. It may be that I have not been taking it long enough so I will continue to take it (have been taking this for 3 days). Overall this is not expensive, it is a good quality supplement, and If it actually is beneficial it may be worth the cost. If you are interested in this medication then I suggest that you consult your physician, particularly if you are taking prescription medications in order to avoid a potential interaction.

Small capsules, much cheaper than other companies.

Husband included this in his vitamin regimen because he read it can help with ED. After a week there was improvement!

The product seems fine. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in myself since starting taking the supplement, but it is really difficult to tell when something specific is working vs diet vs exercise etc. I am still taking this supplement to see if over time it helps improve, but after one month I can't say I notice any difference.
